Patron Claudio Lotito used the customised Lazio plane to get Salernitana to Milan for their match against Monza and the ultras are not pleased.
Charters were too expensive and therefore Salernitana reached Lombardy in Biancocelesti colours, as La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Serie B side ‘borrowed’ Lazio’s plane.
The Ultras of Salernitana have already been in conflict with the ownership for some time and were not pleased by travelling in the Aquile’s colours.
A press release read: “Our dignity cannot have a price and will never be negotiable, even for a division.”
The city dreams of promotion and sit first in Serie B with 31 points from 15 games.
Monza are fourth and Mario Balotelli could make his debut in the second tier.
